Background

An e-commerce retailer based in Bangalore required O2K to create a Town Hall experience coupled with a fashion show ramp.

Requirements :

To create an AV Studio that houses:

A Town Hall where senior executives can address the company employees. During this session, the cafeteria should also become a part of the AV studio.
A ramp where fashion collections and brands can be launched. The cafeteria should also be combined during this session.
A large display in the ramp area.
Large interactive display with annotation and print document features at 2 locations.
Video distribution across the cafeteria.

Challenges :

This entire Town Hall and ramp had to be constructed in an existing cafeteria within 10 days.
There was no opportunity for chipping and laying conduit.

Solutions Provided

The project was completed and delivered in 10 days, using their existing AV infrastructure to a large extent.
A large interactive display was set up in the ramp area with collaboration software with a share and print capability.
Video distribution was ensured using the existing data points to all the displays via video over IP solution to avoid chipping and laying conduits.
An on-site engineer was stationed for maintaining the AV infrastructure.
We used an IPAD for the user interface, for easy control of the AV system.
An intuitive graphical user interface was set up for easy understanding and control of the AV infrastructure.
