Background

An MNC wanted their board room to be set up with an AV system that enabled multiple laptops to be synced to the video wall.

The larger cafeteria needed to be used for :

20 seater board room with BYOD integration.
Multiple laptop contents to be viewed and collaborated.
Video conference capabilities.

Challenges :

The rooms were narrow, making it challenging for the video wall to be set up.

Solutions Provided

A large dual display was installed on the front wall for video conferencing.
2 interactive displays were set up on either side of the wall to enable:

A clear view for the participants seated towards the end.
The interactive display helped the presenter display and interact with the content.
Displaying different laptops in each display to allow comparison of content.

Wireless Presentation – This helped the client to connect to the display from any device irrespective of the OS platform wirelessly. The OS platforms supported were Windows, Mac, Android, and IOS.
Ceiling suspended microphones were installed to capture the participant audio during video and audio conference, ensuring fewer AV products on the table.
We designed the video conference with a speaker tracker camera to help improve the visual experience during the video conference sessions.
A simple and intuitive UI for the touch panel helped the customer operate the room with ease.
