An American multinational financial services corporation’s Bengaluru office needed their cafeteria to be upgraded for larger participant groups.

Requirements :

The larger cafeteria needed to be used for :

  • Town Hall sessions with video conferencing capabilities
  • Small Meetings
  • Local Public Addressing
  • Training Sessions

Challenges :

  • The Town Hall sessions featuring video conferencing capabilities were required to be broadcast to 3 other floors.
  • The Town Hall had a capacity of 300+ people for which the existing audio was inadequate.

Solutions Provided

  • We assessed the existing hardware and the electrical and architectural plan of the cafeteria in the discovery phase.
  • Based on the assessment, the existing hardware was utilized to provide an efficient AV solution.
  • The existing video wall (2x2 – 110” diagonal) was used on the stage for the video.
  • Additional high powered speakers with more output power were set up for an even audio distribution that covered all the participants.
  • The existing fibre optic cabling infrastructure and video over IP solution were used for distributing audio and video to the other floors.
  • Our engineer was stationed on-site to help maintain the AV ecosystem that was built.
